Group Overview

The Financial Markets Group at JAMS was formed in response to the crisis in domestic and global financial and credit markets and the need for innovative methods to resolve disputes arising from the economic fallout.  JAMS Neutrals in the Financial Markets Group are highly experienced in resolving complex securities and financial market disputes.  They frequently mediate and arbitrate disputes involving financial fraud, market manipulation, collateralized debt obligations, investor class actions, breaches of contract and fiduciary duties, and various other types of securities-related and bankruptcy litigation.  The group consists of some of the most prominent mediators and arbitrators in the United States, who are experts at resolving disputes quickly and with substantial savings of time and expense for the parties.
